The core account terms remain the same regardless of the payment method you choose. Additional payment-specific conditions — such as per-transaction limits set by UPI or Paytm — are outlined in the Payments section of this document and in your wallet provider's own terms.

If our systems detect access from a jurisdiction where local law does not permit this activity, your account may be suspended and pending withdrawals held pending a compliance check. You are responsible for verifying local law before logging in from any location.

Send a written request to our compliance email address with your account ID and a description of the data you need. We will compile and deliver your export within 30 days, in line with applicable data-protection law.

You may raise a formal dispute through our compliance desk. Disputes are reviewed by our internal team and, if unresolved within 30 days, may be referred to the arbitration process described in the Dispute Resolution clause of these terms.

We send an email notification at least seven days before any material change takes effect. Minor corrections such as typographical fixes may be made without notice, though the version date on the page will always reflect the most recent edit.

You have the right to contact our compliance team within 14 days of a suspension notice to submit evidence or clarification. We will review your submission and respond within 10 business days with our decision and the specific clause that triggered the action.
